  ## Private Data Center — dedicated infrastructure now available from Customer Portal

  Private Data Center, a dedicated infrastructure segment, now has its own section in Customer Portal. You can request a private environment sized to your project without leaving your account.

  * a new **Private DC** page in Customer Portal presents the offering in one place
  * one click on **Request access** opens the form: choose the **Timeline**, **Location**, and **Scale** of the infrastructure you need
  * **Send request** delivers your request together with your account details to the Private DC team
  * our manager will contact you to discuss further details

  Recent product updates are now visible inside Customer Portal without leaving the page.

  * opened from a new icon in the top navigation bar

  ## Scalable Bare Metal hourly billing — ends at the actual cancellation time

  Cancelled servers are no longer charged for a partial hour they did not use.

  * billing ends at the moment of cancellation instead of the next full hour
  * cancellations scheduled for a future date are billed exactly until that date
  * minimum charge of 1 hour per billing period remains
