Konstantin Bezruchenko is CTO at servers.com by Nexcess, where he leads technology strategy across networking and infrastructure.
He has more than 20 years of experience in hosting and network engineering, including more than a decade as CTO of servers.com, where he designed and built a global, carrier-grade network from the ground up. His expertise spans BGP, peering and transit strategy, backbone and edge architecture, and modern data center fabrics built on EVPN and Clos topologies, including high-performance fabrics for AI and GPU-accelerated workloads. Konstantin focuses on engineering networks that are highly available, horizontally scalable, and manageable by design — favoring automation, standardized building blocks, and operational simplicity so infrastructure can grow without growing its complexity. He specializes in capacity planning, traffic engineering, and hardware and infrastructure optimization, balancing performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across low-latency, high-throughput, and data-intensive workloads.
He also serves on the Extreme Networks EMEA Customer Advisory Board, where he contributes insight on technology strategy, industry challenges, and infrastructure priorities. Konstantin brings a practical, engineering-first approach to building mission-critical infrastructure that stays resilient, performant, and operable at scale.
