As a servers.com channel partner you are eligible for benefits including:

How does servers.com support channel partners?

servers.com channel partners receive sales enablement support designed to help identify leads, submit deal registrations in the customer portal, and (for resellers) learn how to co-sell deals with our sales experts. Partners are also eligible for full technical enablement as required.

Will our customers be eligible for technical support?

Yes, we provide comprehensive technical support for all customer projects - including those that come to us via our referral and reseller programs. This starts with bespoke onboarding and solution design, followed by continuous, 24/7/365 human support from dedicated account managers and solutions architects.

Will you provide marketing assistance for channel partners?

Yes, we provide marketing support as part of our channel partner program, including co-marketing opportunities and market development assistance for running joint campaigns.

How do I join the Partnership Program and what’s the typical approval timeline?

To join our channel partner program, use the form above to register online and you will receive a response within 48 hours. We will set up a call to explore a partnership and discuss next steps, including signing a Referral or Reseller Agreement.

Can I participate in more than one partner track at the same time?

Yes, channel partners are eligible to participate in our reseller and referral partner tracks at the same time. If participating in multiple partner tracks, various agreements will apply including a signed referral agreement and/or reseller agreement.

Can our customers pilot a Proof of Concept (PoC) or sandbox environment before moving forward with servers.com?

Yes, we offer PoC or sandbox testing environments for your end-user customers. This will verify how your customer's project will work with servers.com infrastructure. In order to be approved for a PoC, you must be an approved partner and submit a deal registration for the customer who is interested in the PoC. Projects are qualified through pre-sales engineering support and must meet predetermined success criteria to proceed.

What are the benefits for end-user customers?

Through our channel partner program, your end-user customers can reduce infrastructure overhead and optimize resource usage. Specific savings vary and will depend on where they are migrating their infrastructure stack from (e.g. from a proprietary data center, hyperscale cloud provider, or shared hosting environment).
