Sean Mason

Sean Mason is CX Senior Supervisor of Migrations at Nexcess, where he leads teams that guide customers from planning and assessment to go-live. Before stepping into his current role, Sean spent nearly a decade at Liquid Web supervising technical support and migration work. He has helped manage hundreds of ecommerce migrations, including projects where uptime, PCI requirements, site functionality, and search visibility all need to be protected during the transition. Sean specializes in the communication, timing, testing, and risk decisions that often determine whether a cutover is clean or chaotic. His approach centers on clear expectations, coordinated testing, and making sure both customer and technical teams are ready at every stage.
