Every servers.com customer is supported by a dedicated account management and solutions architect team.

Customers can communicate with their account management team at any time on a communications platform of their choice.

We also have a 24/7 support team that can be accessed in three ways:

  1. Via a ticket system on the servers.com portal

  2. Over email, or

  3. Via an instant messaging online support chat on our website

Our average ticket response times are under 15 minutes.

What customization options are available to me as a servers.com customer?

You can customize many of our dedicated server features according to your requirements. Customizable features include:

  • Operating system (OS) installation

  • Disk model - add or replace the disk model

  • RAM - increase or decrease RAM capacity

  • Server parameters- access and configure your server parameters via our out-of-band management system

  • Uplinks - choose between 1 or 10 Gbit bandwidth, with or without redundancy

  • Full access to rescue mode

Where will my rented server be located?

Your dedicated server will sit in one of our 18 data centers worldwide. Individual server locations are assigned according to your geographic requirements. We have data centers in key locations around the globe, including:

  • North America (Dallas, San Francisco, Washington)

  • Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, Singapore)

  • Europe (Amsterdam, London, Luxembourg)

Most of our data centers have Tier 3 or Tier 4 certification and the remainder are audited to comply with SSAE 16 SOC 2, Type II.

Our customers' data is securely protected, and all our data centers have valid ISO 27001:2013 certification. Strict access controls are always maintained and a quality management system ISO 9001:2008 operates in all of our data centers.

What payment options are available and how do I pay?

Invoices for dedicated server rental are automatically generated on the first of each month. Your bill will be listed in the currency of its location and converted to the account currency based on the current exchange rate.

Payments must be made via one of our payment gateways. Supported payment gateways include Braintree, Ecommpay, Paypal, Stripe, BitPay, and INXY. There is also the option to pay by card or wire transfer.

We accept payments in the following currencies: USD, EUR, SGD, HKD.

How long can I rent a dedicated server for?

There is no upper limit on our server rental periods. The minimum rental period for dedicated server hosting with servers.com is one month. At the end of your one month, your server rental will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, until such as time as that you cancel.
