To add a user to the account, you need to send a request from the primary account to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your additional email. The credentials for access to the portal will be sent to the provided email.
You can create personal or business accounts. Business accounts are for legal entities with wire transfer payment method.
To change the account type, navigate to "Profile" -> "Account", click "Edit", and set the account type to "Business". Fill in the information about your company and click "Save". If the "Account type" radio button is grayed out, please contact email@example.com to get further assistance.

TFA is a two-factor authentication that ensures secure access to your account. A fraudster will never enter your account without having access to your mobile phone. After activation of two-factor authentication, you should enter a one time password in addition to the static password.
