To add a user to the account, you need to send a request from the primary account to email@example.com specifying your additional email. The credentials for access to the portal will be sent to the provided email.
You can create personal or business accounts. Business accounts are for legal entities with wire transfer payment method.
To change the account type, navigate to "Profile" -> "Account", click "Edit", and set the account type to "Business". Fill in the information about your company and click "Save". If the "Account type" radio button is grayed out, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get further assistance.
Currency changing is possible in case of absence of payments and absence of adverse balance. Otherwise, send a request to email@example.com. It is possible to change currency of the account on the Portal in section "Profile" -> "Account" - "Edit".
To close an account, you need to cancel services on the portal and settle the unpaid bills. After that send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org
To create an account, click the Customer account button. Then click "Join". Fill in your email and confirm it.

TFA is a two-factor authentication that ensures secure access to your account. A fraudster will never enter your account without having access to your mobile phone. After activation of two-factor authentication, you should enter a one time password in addition to the static password.
In case of losing an application for password generation you should send a request from a primary email to email@example.com
