Self-service portal

Customers want their inquiries addressed as quickly as possible, or, better, immediately, and it is totally understandable. However, if every query has to be processed manually, one needs virtually an army of specialists. It is expensive and not very efficient, and that is why we decided to automate routine tasks.

Clients can order and configure dedicated servers, virtual machines and cloud storage, manage networks, configure the firewall or DNS health checks. Routine operations are performed via the control panel in the browser almost instantly or within a very short period of time. You do not need to issue a ticket, call, explain your wishes or wait for the response from technical support. Everything happens in real time, quickly and under your control.

Dedicated to your needs

This is how one orders a dedicated server: a few clicks in the control panel and not more than 40 minutes of waiting time. Then the dedicated server is up and live. No requests and no need to liaise with tech support.

You select the preferable data center, a server model with a standard configuration (from the basic R220 to the powerful R740xd) and customize according to your needs. Add RAM, HDD and choose the OS. You can use a standard RAID0 or RAID1 configuration, or customize your own. It is also possible to increase public and private uplink, choose the public bandwidth plan and assign additional IP-addresses.

Managing a live-server does not require liaising with engineers. You can turn off, turn on or restart the server directly from the panel. You can also upgrade RAM and HDD, reinstall OS, change uplinks, allocate alias IPs, configure networks and set server groups in no time. We provide VNC access to the server for all our customers. You do not need to install and configure any additional software, just click the button in the control panel.

Moreover, remember that you have 10 days money back guarantee with no questions asked!

Instant cloud

A cloud server is configured quickly and easily, and is allocated within a minute. To deploy a virtual machine, you need to specify the DC location and the name of the VM in the control panel, choose one of the available configurations (number of VCPU, RAM, SSD, including the volume of traffic) and authentication method, set backup preferences and the amount of snapshots.

After the virtual machine is installed, you can reboot or switch off your VM, take and manage snapshots and backups, reinstall OS from standard images, snapshots or backups. Daily backups are performed automatically.

You can order an upgrade of a cloud server at any time. They become available within minutes.

One can connect to a cloud server via VNC directly from the browser, and it does not require additional action on your part. If necessary, the cloud servers can be combined into a single Global Private Network with dedicated servers and cloud storage. It is convenient and completely free of charge for our customers. Traffic inside a GPN is completely free.

Manage your storages

If you need cloud storage, it is extremely easy to get. Select the DC, create private and public storage, name the storage and confirm the selection. That is it. Upload files, set folder structure and attach domains.

Storages are synchronized in the control panel as well. They can be allocated in the same or different DC. Data replication between geographically remote storages is free of charge if they are combined in a Global Private Network.

Fine-tuning via console

Keep domains healthy

You can manually add domains and customize health checks in the control panel. Health checks will continuously monitor DNS, IP or URL availability. If a problem occurs, our automated Intelligent DNS system will eliminate it independently or send a notification to support.

Building networks

We gave our customers an opportunity to create their own L2 network segments. Select the data center and segment type, then add the hosts. Save the segment and receive the notification of readiness within seconds. You can add additional servers to the segment.

Extra layer of security

Our web panel allows for resolving current problems easily and quickly. Ordering and configuring servers, virtual machines, storage and networking can be done in a few clicks. It makes sense that with such opportunities for equipment and service management without addressing to technical support, some customers want to add another line of defense for securing user accounts from unverified access.

We love reliable and efficient solutions that do not require unnecessary steps. For extra protection, we offer to activate your TFA account using Google Authenticator. Apart from the login and password, a single short-lived token generated by a phone app is added. Getting access to an account with enabled TFA becomes more difficult. In this case, you will not depend on the physical token, SMS delivery (that occasionally fails) or paid third-party applications, as happens with other providers.

Like everything else, TFA is very simple to activate. In Control Panel, under Profile> Account> Security and Access Preferences click the Enable TFA button. Read the QR-code, enter the activation code, and TFA for your account is activated.

Using Google Authenticator is not mandatory, however it is available for most smartphones. You can use an authentication app of your own choice.

Constant monitoring

Our clients can connect additional monitoring functions at no additional cost. They do not need to use and configure third-party software. We provide integrated protocols with notification features for monitoring basic performance parameters.

Check functions

Integrated performance monitoring allows controlling IP, URL, HTTP, TCP, and ICMP accessibility.

Notifications

Notifications can be sent via e-mail or SMS, yet in most cases, they perform a statistical function only. Our intelligent platform automatically registers performance failures and, as a rule, when a notification is received, the problem is being resolved already.

DNS that can not fail

Nobody likes when DNS goes down, neither users who cannot access the website, nor the owners who have to deal with unhappy users and experience financial losses. To help our customers avoid such issues, we have developed a unique Intelligent DNS system that automatically maintains DNS-servers’ resiliency and ensures high availability of websites.

Anycast

Currently, high availability of websites is an obligatory feature. We use Anycast technology that optimizes packet exchange between the server and users’ computers, and provides automatic DNS failover.

Anycast technology helps to create a distributed DNS system with a single address space. Data packets are directed along the most topologically advantageous routes to the closest node with the announced IP-address. If one node fails, Intelligent DNS system sends a request to another available server. It never affects the end user. Thanks to Anycast, the most efficient route to the server is selected, which reduces the response time. Anycast system is resistant to DDOS-attacks. An attacked node can be switched off, and the load can be distributed to other servers.

Automatic health checks

Integrated automatic health checks constantly ensure DNS, IP and URL accessibility of a website. Should any issues occur, Intelligent DNS will either fix them autonomously, or notify the support. We try to prevent all possible incidents, yet if we do encounter them, we resolve the problems as fast as possible to reduce the impact to a minimum.

User-friendly API

We want our services to be user-friendly so that our customers feel happy and comfortable. One of the implemented features that ensure customers’ comfort is an API that will help you configure DNS management via your own software rather than a console.
